Dear Broker,

At Aviva, we are ever conscious of the importance of supporting the communities in which we operate, where our people work and where our customers live. This year, more than ever charities and local community organisations need our support, and through the Aviva Broker Community Fund, we are delighted to support the causes that are close to you, our Brokers' hearts.

The Aviva Broker Community fund will donate €100,000 to charities and community organisations chosen by you as follows:

  • €20,000 to 1 registered charity, with 4 runner-up prizes of €5,000 each
  • €10,000 each to 3 community organisations, with 2 runner-up prizes of €5,000
  • €1,000 each to 20 charities/community organisations drawn from a shortlisted pool of 40 nominations

ARC Cancer Care was nominated by Arachas Brokers in 2019 and received a prize fund of €5,000.

“Every euro we received through this donation has gone towards the development of our ‘Survive and Thrive’ programme and towards providing free psychological and psychosocial cancer support services in our third Centre. Not only will we be more accessible to people living in Dublin 4, but we will be able to support more clients too. Without partners like Aviva and advocates like Linda O’Regan from Arachas Brokers, we simply wouldn’t be able to do what we do. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

Mairead Mangan, Head of Fundraising and Communications, ARC Cancer Support Centres – A Dublin-based charity who received a prize fund of €5,000 nominated by Arachas Brokers.

Help a cause close to your heart - nominate your favourite charity or community organisation today!

Yours sincerely,

Seán Boyle
