We wrote to you in March to let you know about some upcoming changes to the Road Traffic Act Legislation. As you know, since March 31st all domestic motor insurance policyholders are now required to provide valid driver numbers for the main policyholder and each named driver on the policy.

From October 1st 2025 this requirement will be extended to all commercial motor products, including Agri/Farm Insurance. For the full details of this legislation please click HERE

for all Commercial and Agri/Farm renewals

From next week, we will be issuing customer renewals for October 2025. For these renewals, we will be unable to issue the vehicle certificate and insurance disc if we do not have all driver numbers validated. 

ComQuote - Van policies

You can now update the driver numbers for van insurance policies directly on ComQuote and we receive the numbers from ComQuote.

Please update the driver numbers on bLive for all non ComQuote policies
