2021 was a positive year for Aviva's general insurance business in Ireland. Operating profit performed strongly, our Combined Operating Ratio improved and our gross written premiums increased marginally. We are very pleased to have expanded our product and service offerings to include financial lines insurance along with significant investment targeted at developing our online platforms for both commercial and personal customers.
