I am writing to advise you that we have a new supplier for the storage and supply of Aviva stock, such as policy documents, proposal forms and brochures. Our new supplier is:

 

RR Donnelley, Westgate Business Park, Ballymount, Dublin 12


With immediate effect can you please place your orders of Aviva stock directly with RR Donnelley. The process for this is as follows:

  1. Unique Reference Code of the document
(This is located on the back cover of the document in the bottom corner)
  1. Quantity required
  2. Despatch details, ie where the stock is to be sent to
  3. Special Instructions (if any)  
  • RR Donnelley will confirm the order and delivery date

Dublin based orders received before 11:30am will be delivered the same day.

Dublin based orders received after 11.30am will be delivered the next working day.

Orders received from outside Dublin will be delivered the next working day.
