Yesterday we issued a communication to you on the precautions we have put in place due to Covid-19 to reduce the risk to our people, to you and to your staff and to our shared customers. This included changes to the role of our broker facing staff, including Business Development, Claims, Engineers, and Underwriting who will now support you remotely, either by phone, email or via Skype meetings as required.
We also committed to keep you updated regularly on any changes to our products, cover or services. This includes some changes in our processes as a result of a significant number of our staff working remotely.
We are now sending you a follow up communication to clarify some key points in relation to how Aviva will manage our renewals process over the next 30 days which will be a challenging period both for you, and our shared customers. We are also including clarity on our Commercial cover definitions including Business Interruption cover.

You can also download our Loss Prevention Standard Guide for Covid-19 here to provide some general guidance and practical steps which you can share with your clients to help plan and mitigate the threat and outbreak of Covid-19.
Thank you for your continued understanding and support.
