Dear ,

I hope you're keeping well and managing through these extraordinary times.

In light of the Government's latest plan for living with Covid-19 and the continued restrictions under Level 5, we want to advise you on our continued support and forbearance measures as we work together to serve our mutual customers.

We are attaching a Service Initiative update to include:

  • Extending cover for unoccupied premises to the end of April 2021
  • Facilitate the extension of use of business premises for take-out service
  • Extending the option period for customers to pay their monthly instalment premiums
  • Information on suspending cover for vehicles that are off the road at this time
  • Link to our broker website to Loss Prevention Guides for both you and your customers.

We also wish to update you in relation to the provision of driving lessons with Aviva Driving School and the further extension of the free accompanied driver insurance cover for those who are eligible.

Your Business Development Manager is available to support you with any queries you may have.
