At Aviva we are constantly working to improve and update our systems to make things more efficient for you and your customers.

From April 1^st 2025 we are closing our Policy Prefix US, Office and Shop Product and we will be unable to offer renewal terms on this platform.

New Fast Trade or Trademark Business Quotations Required at Renewal

As an alternative, at policy renewal we are offering a separate Fast Trade Shop or Office new business quotation or, where this is not possible due to certain covers or features of the existing policies, we can offer a separate Trademark new business quotation.

You will be pleased to know that our alternative Fast Trade new business quotation will enable you to manage your customers’ policies more efficiently and offers extra benefits over the current Office or Shop (US Prefix) policy, so this means better value for your customers.

We’re here to Support you every step of the way

We’ll make switching to the new policy as easy and straightforward as possible and our Fast Trade Team will work with you and support you in getting access to the alternative quotation.

• We will write to you and your customer(s) 60 days before the renewal date to let you know that the existing US policy will be cancelled.
