I am writing to you in relation to the Differential Pricing regulation which comes into effect from 1 July 2022.

We are implementing the change to Auto Renewal where to date policies paid by direct debit automatically renew unless the customer contacts their insurance provider to cancel the policy.

The change means that policies will no longer renew automatically, the customer will be notified of the option to opt out or cancel by their insurance provider.
