     3  Issuing of Policy booklets

As part of Aviva’s Net Zero by 2040 initiatives we are constantly looking at ways to reduce our carbon footprint and our impact on the environment. We would encourage our brokers and intermediaries to issue a digital copy where possible. However physical stock can be obtained by ordering via our supplier Paragon, email Len on leonard.p.wilson@paragon-cc.ie

Renewing customers will be given the option to access the HomeChoice policy booklet themselves via the link provided in their HomeChoice policy renewal pack.

We trust that you will join us in supporting this initiative to reduce our carbon footprint and make our business process more environmentally and customer friendly.
