We wrote to you on the 4 November 2022 to let you know about the changes to the Aviva HomeChoice Policy. In our previous communication we confirmed the effective date for changes was 1 January 2023 and outlined the actions required.
Please make sure to issue a policy booklet for both home new business and renewals
We would like to remind you to issue a policy booklet to all new customers and for home policy renewals too, so every customer has access to the most up to date information about these changes. Attached is the home policy booklet, click HERE
Send a digital copy where possible
As part of Aviva’s Net Zero by 2040 initiatives, we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and our impact on the environment, so please issue digital copies, wherever possible.
