We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the Aviva preferred windscreen provider panel.

Mr Windscreen will cease to be an Aviva preferred windscreen provider from today 22 January 2026. They will complete any work already in progress. 

From 22 January, all customer referrals will be directed to Autoglass, our other preferred windscreen provider via the Aviva Claims Line on 1800 147 147.

This change does not affect existing policy documentation or our contact details for customers. We are in the process of sourcing a second provider. While this work is ongoing, Autoglass has the capacity to manage the expected level of demand, and we do not anticipate any service issues.
