Today, we’ve published our 2025 full year financial results for Aviva Insurance Ireland.

Last year saw record storms but despite that, our general insurance business delivered strong financial results. This was supported by solid growth in personal and commercial lines, continued investment in digitisation, AI, legacy system replacement and new products to support our broker partners and customers.

Key metrics:

• Operating Profit: €64m (2024: €73m)
• Combined Operating Ratio: 98.1% (2024: 94.8%)
•  Underwriting Margin: 1.9% (2024: 5.2%)
